👍 Great location! It's really convenient if you want to explore Enderly Park district, and it's just a short hop away from Knights Inn. The staff here are super friendly and always a pleasure to deal with.

The price was just right for a quick rest stop after a long, delayed flight. The place was easy to find, quick stop off highway, near gas station, etc. It had a refrigerator and microwave. It was clean. It had a sofa in front of the television.

My wife was scared about bedbugs, and searched the bed before going in. She never does that at any other place we have stayed. I didnt feel safe in the location. At 5am there were young men, topless, smoking, and walking the premises. The staff member checked us in through a window instead in the lobby, and then put something in the window to prevent breaking in, thus reinforcing that the place wasnt safe. The towels were old and hard. Time for replacing or investing in softener. When we were ready to check out, we had to wait in the car until the staff member returned. A sign was posted on the door, Be back in 5 minutes.

Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Housekeeping might want to be a little more thorough when cleaning rooms. I found an empty condom rapper on the floor.

The location close to the airport flight path is convenient, the staff here are friendly and helpful, and the standard king room was clean and comfortable.

Good value, room was neat, staff were outstandingly accommodating. The hotel's location was good, close to the center with a small grocery store and a convenience store within walking distance. Enderly Park district was worth staying in.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and warm with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location is great and convenient, just a short walk to Knights Inn, a gas station, and Charlotte airport. Incredibly nice and pleasant people welcome you in.

Proximity to the airport was really good.

Too much traffic of people not staying in the hotel going in and out.

Security seemed sketchy. Encountered threating behavior from other guests at checkin and received little assurance from staff. Basically felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

The welcoming staff and great location make it a great choice! Exceptionally clean and warm rooms. Free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! There is a wide array of good food for breakfast.

Ease of access to airport. Value for the $. Pleasant helpfulness of the office staff.

The location was marvellous and comfy - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The stuff where incredibly nice and pleasant, provided great services...

Clean room with good coffee. Helpful staff & easy access location. Fridge, microwave, and AC worked well. Grounds tidy, hot water plentiful. The housekeeping lady was friendly.

The guy at the counter made me feel very welcome and as if he cared that I was staying in his hotel.

They were working on one of the rooms next to us and my fiance was trying to sleep. That is hard to do with a hammer banging.
